Biography

David trained in lighting design at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art leaving in 1993. He is head of lighting at the Donmar Warehouse Theatre in Covent Garden where he has worked from 1994 until present.
He has designed lighting regionaly, in the West End, for the Donmar Warehouse, the Royal Court and extensively on the London Fringe. He has been resident lighting designer for Ballet Black since their formation in 2001 and has worked extensively for the Royal Academy of Dance.
